– You are authorised to use the payment method provided

– You are at least 18 years of age

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and verified. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability or payment issues, and a full refund will be issued where applicable.

  1. Pricing

All prices displayed on Kezthanmart are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without prior notice. However, once your order is confirmed, the price you paid is the price that stands.

  1. Payment

Payment is made via bank transfer to an account number generated at checkout. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed, which takes a maximum of 6 hours. If payment is not received within a reasonable time, your order may be cancelled.

  1. Delivery

– Lagos: Same-day delivery to your doorstep or nearest pickup station

– Other States: Delivery via pickup stations in designated areas across Nigeria

– Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, extreme weather, or logistics disruptions. We will always communicate any delays promptly.

Kezthanmart is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, but we will always do our best to resolve them quickly.

  1. Product Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations may occur. If a product significantly differs from its description, you are entitled to a return under our Return & Refund Policy.

All content on the Kezthanmart platform including our name, logo, product descriptions, and images are the property of Kezthanmart and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our express written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from your use of Kezthanmart shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
